The monitoring will also focus on the level of <strong>psycho-physical well-being generated<\/strong> or ensured for the professionals and beneficiaries of the Fashion Heritage Academy and, in general, the social impact produced.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cultural participation, combating educational poverty, and social impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Number of participants in training modules: annual total and broken down by age group, geographical origin, and socio-economic context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Percentage of participants from disadvantaged backgrounds: % of total registrants (using ISEE indicators and other social metrics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of projects completed within the Fashion Heritage Academy: annual totals from students or professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Satisfaction level of participants: evaluations through post-event questionnaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvement of participants&#8217; skills: % of participants reporting an increase in skills or knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification rate: % of participants who completed and obtained certification upon finishing the training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educational continuity rate: % of students\/participants who continue with other activities\/trainings after a program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborations with entities from other sectors: number of partnerships created to foster social inclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psycho-physical well-being generated or ensured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Level of interaction between teachers, between students, between professionals, and between different groups at the Fashion Heritage Academy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality and quantity of team projects completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>% of participants reporting an improvement in personal well-being and professional satisfaction: measured through periodic questionnaires (e.g., before\/after the activity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence of dedicated spaces\/access for &#8220;well-being&#8221; of people: number of contexts or activities created specifically at the Fashion Heritage Academy for its teachers, students, and professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact on stress reduction: indicators gathered through self-assessment or standardized tests before\/after engagement in activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Environmental sustainability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environmental footprint of Fashion Heritage Academy activities: analysis of metrics such as energy consumption, CO2 emissions, waste produced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>% of sustainable materials used: e.g., in setups, educational materials, or promoted fashion
