Upon touching it, they are thrown apart in time: one into the past, the other into the future. The timeline has been disrupted, leading to a dark future ruled by a being known as the Specter of the Void. The protagonists must collaborate across time to restore the original timeline and ensure a peaceful, safe world governed by the Spirit of Culture. Using the Cube, players can communicate across time, beyond the boundaries of sight, and coordinate their efforts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prototype features two time periods: <strong>Ancient Greece<\/strong> and the year <strong>2199<\/strong>, as a tribute to <em>The Matrix<\/em>.<br>The full game will also include content from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.museocinema.it\/en\">National Cinema Museum of Turin<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mart.tn.it\/en\">MART Museum in Rovereto<\/a><\/strong>.<br>Blind and sighted players will collaborate in a peer-to-peer mode through <strong>sound-based and tactile interfaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The game has a strong <strong>educational component<\/strong> and is being developed in connection with the <strong>European <a href=\"https:\/\/xr4ed.eu\"><strong>XR4ED<\/strong><\/a> platform<\/strong>.<br>In addition, the <strong>M-Cube Foundation<\/strong> is forging a meaningful partnership with <strong>Inventivio GmbH<\/strong>, creators of <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tactonom.com\/en\">Tactonom<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>.
