Mindful nutrition that activates your powers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The connection between what we eat and the possession of superpowers is not merely a narrative device used to explain superhuman strength or extraordinary speed. Rather, it reflects how our culture understands energy, transformation, and biology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop\u2014a true cooking school experience\u2014offers participants the opportunity to learn more about the foods that enriched feasts and banquets in Ancient Greece and Imperial Rome, and to explore the magical, aphrodisiac, and transformative properties attributed to different foods, both in the past and today, much like the heroes who rely on special powers in times of need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for adults, this activity aims to create a unique and highly engaging experience for both those who cook and create and those who taste and enjoy the final dishes, drawing inspiration from both classical and modern mythology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity is organized in collaboration with Accademia innovativa di pasticceria e cucina MenthaRossa<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the workshop works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The workshop is designed exclusively for adults and lasts approximately 5 hours.
No special skills or previous experience are required\u2014just your willingness to have fun, share, and discover something new!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:15 PM \/\/ Meeting Point<\/strong>
Meet at Novara Castle<\/strong>, P.za Martiri della Libert\u00e0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:30 PM \/\/ Show & Tell<\/strong>
Guided visit to the exhibition Superheroes. The origins of the Myth<\/a><\/strong> with curator Fabrizio Modina<\/strong>.
Together, we will discover the foods associated with the charm, virtues, and powers of myths and heroes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:30 PM \/\/ Short Walk<\/strong>
We will move to the kitchens of MenthaRossa<\/a><\/strong> in Via Leonardo da Vinci 20<\/a>, where it is time to roll up our sleeves and get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:00 PM \/\/ Cooking Session<\/strong>
Together, we will learn how to prepare the Banquet of the Gods and Superheroes, create libations and sauces believed to bestow energy and power, and explore how food can contribute to our physical and emotional well-being. We will also discover how to give food an extra touch of \u201cmagic\u201d so that everyone will want to eat it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is time to delight all our senses and enjoy the dishes we have prepared together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adults and children who did not participate in the previous workshop sessions may also attend the tasting experience through a separate registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
