Our Quality System

The M-Cube Foundation will continuously monitor the impact generated by the Fashion Heritage Academy on individuals and the relevant society, both in terms of training (students and professionals), and with regard to the companies/organizations involved, as well as the market at regional and national levels. The monitoring will also focus on the level of psycho-physical well-being generated or ensured for the professionals and beneficiaries of the Fashion Heritage Academy and, in general, the social impact produced.

Cultural participation, combating educational poverty, and social impact

  • Number of participants in training modules: annual total and broken down by age group, geographical origin, and socio-economic context.
  • Percentage of participants from disadvantaged backgrounds: % of total registrants (using ISEE indicators and other social metrics).
  • Number of projects completed within the Fashion Heritage Academy: annual totals from students or professionals.
  • Satisfaction level of participants: evaluations through post-event questionnaires.
  • Improvement of participants’ skills: % of participants reporting an increase in skills or knowledge.
  • Certification rate: % of participants who completed and obtained certification upon finishing the training.
  • Educational continuity rate: % of students/participants who continue with other activities/trainings after a program.
  • Collaborations with entities from other sectors: number of partnerships created to foster social inclusion.
  • Psycho-physical well-being generated or ensured
  • Level of interaction between teachers, between students, between professionals, and between different groups at the Fashion Heritage Academy.
  • Quality and quantity of team projects completed.
  • % of participants reporting an improvement in personal well-being and professional satisfaction: measured through periodic questionnaires (e.g., before/after the activity).
  • Presence of dedicated spaces/access for “well-being” of people: number of contexts or activities created specifically at the Fashion Heritage Academy for its teachers, students, and professionals.
  • Impact on stress reduction: indicators gathered through self-assessment or standardized tests before/after engagement in activities.

Environmental sustainability

  • Environmental footprint of Fashion Heritage Academy activities: analysis of metrics such as energy consumption, CO2 emissions, waste produced.
  • % of sustainable materials used: e.g., in setups, educational materials, or promoted fashion (certifications).
  • Reduction in waste produced: annual calculation.
  • Number of partnerships with green entities or companies: annual total.
  • % of participants adopting sustainable behaviors after courses: measured through follow-up or post-event surveys.

Economic sustainability

  • Number of deliverables produced: total products, tools, and services created by the Fashion Heritage Academy.
  • Revenue generated from Fashion Heritage Academy projects and products: analysis of economic flow related to workshops and e-commerce.
  • % of self-financing: ratio between internally generated revenue and total costs of the Academy.
  • Percentage of projects funded by external sources: e.g., EU, foundations, local grants.
  • Cost per participant: analysis of costs per individual registrant, with benchmarks.
  • Percentage of cost reduction through sustainable practices: e.g., reduction in energy or material consumption.
  • Number of new sponsors/partners acquired: year-over-year growth.
