NEPTUNEMAN

Poseidon/Neptune and Aquaman are both lords of the seas—legendary figures who, with their tridents, preside over the well-being of the oceans and the protection of the countless creatures that inhabit them. For this reason, they often regard humans with suspicion, as they are held responsible for serious crimes against the oceans.

Aquaman is a character owned by DC Comics.

Poseidon/Neptune is the god of the seas and all waters, earthquakes and seaquakes. Protector of sailors, he can unleash powerful and destructive storms and turn winds into hurricanes.
He was also associated with freshwater springs, and his festival, the Neptunalia, was held on 23 July, in the height of summer when water was most scarce. He was also worshipped by the Romans as Neptunus Equestris, the god of horses, and therefore patron of horse racing.

Symbols: trident, horse, dolphin.

Trivia: He is the elder brother of Jupiter, married to the Nereid (sea nymph) Amphitrite, with whom he had a son, Triton. He had more than fifty children with many other lovers, including his beautiful niece Venus.

Aquaman is a superhero created by Paul Norris and Mort Weisinger, and he made his debut in More Fun Comics No. 73 in 1941.
The son of a human lighthouse keeper and the Queen of Atlantis, Aquaman is the alter ego of Arthur Curry, also known by his Atlantean name Orin. Aquaman’s comics feature a rich underwater cast of characters, including his powerful wife Mera and various sidekicks such as Aqualad, Aquagirl, and Dolphin.
Aquaman stories often blend fantasy and science fiction. His enemies include his arch-nemesis Black Manta and his half-brother Ocean Master.

Symbols: trident, chainmail.

Trivia: Thanks to his hybrid Atlantean heritage, Aquaman possesses a wide range of abilities. Naturally adapted to live and thrive in deep underwater environments, he can breathe underwater and has a superhuman physique capable of resisting and fighting other superhuman opponents, as well as withstanding machine-gun fire. He can swim at extremely high speeds, ascend the Niagara Falls, and see in near-total darkness.
In addition, he has enhanced hearing, which grants him a limited form of sonar, and his marine telepathy allows him to communicate with all aquatic life, even over great distances.
