The connection between what we eat and the possession of superpowers is not merely a narrative device used to justify superhuman strength or extraordinary speed. Rather, it reflects how our culture understands energy, transformation, and biology.
This workshop will give you the opportunity to get hands-on—on your own or together with your children—not only to have fun, but also to understand the importance of healthy eating. You will discover how food can have a powerful impact on our physical and emotional well-being, just as superheroes rely on their powers when facing challenges.

How the workshop works

You can participate on your own or together with your children.
The entire experience lasts approximately 4 hours.

No special skills or previous experience are required—just your willingness to have fun, share, and discover something new!

1:45 PM // Meeting Point
Meet at Novara Castle, P.za Martiri della Libertà.

2:00 PM // Show & Tell
Guided visit to the exhibition Superheroes. The origins of the Myth with curator Fabrizio Modina.
Together, we will discover the foods that grant powers to myths and heroes!

3:00 PM // Short Walk
We will move to the kitchens of VCO Formazione, Corso Risorgimento, 418b, where it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get started.

3:30 PM // Cooking Workshop for Adults and Children
Together with the bakery school and its chefs, we will prepare cookies inspired by myths and heroes, decorate them, and make them truly special.

6:00 PM // Tasting Session*
Time to enjoy our creations together and discover that each of us can be a fantastic creature too! ✨
